The Gardener's Cottage is a Grade II listed thatched cottage on the outskirts of Drewsteignton, The end cottage in an L-shaped run of three cottages, its pretty, high walled garden with paved terrace, lawn, flowerbeds and fig tree ensure complete privacy. |

| The interior is traditionally furnished with good antique furniture, pictures and ornaments. The sitting room has a granite inglenook fireplace with original bread oven and a wood burner (logs, kindling and firelighters supplied), comfortable sofa and two armchairs, colour TV and video. Maps, books on walks, tourist information, and playing cards, Scrabble and chess are provided, together with books, magazines and jigsaws. |

The kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, microwave, food processor, coffee maker, radio & CD player, in addition to the basics. | |

Upstairs, there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and bathroom with washbasin, bath, W.C. and shower. |

The Gardener's Cottage is carpeted throughout and all rooms have double aspect windows to the north and south (except the bathroom), and beams in all rooms (except the kitchen/breakfast room). An oil fired boiler in the garden shed provides all day hot water and central heating, the latter controlled by a thermostat which you set to suit yourself, so you need never worry about being cold, even in the depths of winter. |
